BuiltLean 8-Week Body Transformation Program
BuiltLean is an exercise and nutrition program designed to lose fat without losing muscle. This 8-week program was created by WECREATE member Marc Perry, a Yale grad and former financial analyst. From Marc:
Over years of trial and error, I’ve developed extremely efficient strength training workouts by selecting the most effective exercises and combining them into circuits – what I call “Strength Circuits™“. You get strength and cardio benefits in each fat-burning workout while spending less time working out. All you need are the easy to follow “grab and go” workout sheets you can take anywhere. A gym membership, or some dumbbells and a bench is the only equipment required to get a serious workout. Because the workouts are only a few times per week, this program is sustainable for the long haul. Most other workout plans are NOT sustainable and don’t empower you to be lean, strong, and fit for the rest of your life.
